  • Human Resources Supervisor

    As a key member of the plant team and Human Resources, the Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for all Employee Relations and Human Resources functions on 2nd shift. These functions are to plan and administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties.

  • Tortilla Thrower

    Place tortillas on the conveyor belt at standard speed and meet specifications set by Ruiz Food Products.

  • PKG Feeder

    Must be able to package products of various weights and size within the specifications and standards set by Ruiz Food Products.

  • Bakery Stacker

    Stack tortillas and place them in baskets.

  • LINE RUNNER (LINE 1 & 2)

    Responsible for supplying product and tortillas to each line.

  • LINE RUNNER (LINE 3, 4 & 5)

    Responsible for supplying product and tortillas to each line.

  • HR Assistant

    The 2nd Shift Human Resources Assistant is responsible for all administrative tasks pertaining to Human Resources Office function and provides administrative support to the Human Resources Team.

  • Maintenance Journeyman

    Responsible for the proper operation and repair of all the equipment used in the processing, bakery, packaging and production areas.

  • Production Manager

    Coordinate the planning of the activities of the Operations Department to achieve budgeted objectives in the areas of safety, raw material variance, labor utilization, product quality, housekeeping, training and meeting standards.
