The Trade Marketing Analyst is responsible for ensuring Ruiz Foods maintains accurate Trade Spending program information and also perform proper financial analysis of these programs to maximize their effectiveness. The Analyst updates promotional activity on a timely basis in MEI (Tradelync) using the best available source of data including contracts, IRI downloads, shipments, outstanding deductions, RSM discussions and other pertinent data. The Analyst will also analyze these promotions using financial measures, and create insightful management reporting for planning and decision making.

Manages and coordinates activities for the engineering department to design, manufacture, and test components, products, and systems: Directs department activities, through subordinates, to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures. Analyzes technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to plan projects. Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests. Directs personnel activities of department, such as recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and salary adjustments.
