	ELECTRICIAN Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and prevention of all the electrical systems and equipment used in the processing, bakery, packaging and production areas.
	QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR Supervise a group of two to five employees and provide them with everything they need to do their job; i.e. training, tools, information, etc.
	REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN Responsible for the proper operation and repair of all ammonia refrigeration and other maintenance equipment as required.
	MAINTENANCE MANAGER Responsible for the supervision, training and technical support of maintenance staff. Preventive Maintenance Program development. Diagnosing equipment breakdowns and minimizing down time by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff.
