JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides support for and has an impact on two key talent management systems – principally, the Absorb Learning Management System; but also the ADP HRIS suite.  The Talent Management Systems Coordinator will act as a systems expert and project coordinator to support data entry and report writing; as well as systems configuration, maintenance, updates, governance, operation, and ongoing coordination of the talent management systems SAAS with all other independent enterprise systems.  The Training Management Systems Coordinator will occasionally create and/or deliver training courses, both OLT and ILT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Function as Administrator backup for all aspects of the Absorb LMS
  • Provide frontline support for learners using the Absorb LMS – respond to inquiries, troubleshoot
  • Create and maintain learnings paths, competencies, and curricula in the LMS
  • Upload and assign online courses, based on either automated or manually applied rules
  • Enter training records and associated documents
  • Design and pull reports, both simple and complex, in all talent management systems
  • Provide regular input on best practices for talent management systems
  • Periodically assess talent management systems and provide recommendations on resources
  • Create and/or deliver training courses, both OLT and ILT
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of two-years of experience interacting with end users, in either an IT or HR environment
  • Strong analytical skills; problem-solving and follow-through with sense of accountability
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on high-level Excel skills
  • Certification in an IT support, HR systems, or Org Development field (college diploma preferred)
  • Motivated, proven learner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with cross-functional teams
  • Able to work in a varied, changing environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed, though travel is estimated to be less than 10%
  • Experience designing and delivering coursework is a plus
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
