Served hot or cold, this creamy dip is a perfect pairing with El Monterey Taquitos.
(1) 1.8 oz. pkg. Spinach soup mix 4 oz. or 1/2 cup Onion dip 8 oz. container Sour Cream 4 oz. or 1/2 cup of your favorite Guacamole 4 oz. or 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (1) 14 oz. can Artichokes chopped 2 tsp. Garlic crushed 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Serve cold with hot El Monterey Shredded Beef, Chicken, Corn, or Flour Taquitos.
