Roasted Corn Guacamole
Serves:

Dress up your chip and dip bowl with Guacamole, give it a twist and fold in some fire roasted corn nibblits to bring out the savory and sweetness of Avocado and Maize.

Ingredients:

1 tub Guacamole
2 ears Roasted & Husked Fresh Corn
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup Red Onion, minced
1 Tbl Lime Juice
Salt, seasoned to taste

Directions:

  1. Fold all ingredients together and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
