Tomatillos, which look much like green cherry tomatoes, are very common in Mexican cooking. Try them in this flavorful dipping sauce that you can serve with El Monterey Taquitos.

Ingredients:

12 oz. can tomatillos drained well
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbl. fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend well until smooth. Serve cold.
