All you need is smashed avocados, however many you desire, and that will be your bottom. Middle layer will be sour cream, and top layer will be tomatos. This dip will go well with any El Monterey product and it is festive!

The layers of colors make this dip very attractive. I added another layer with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. (In between the sour cream and tomatoes.) Very tasty and quick to put together.
