Spinach Artichoke Guacamole Dip

Served hot or cold, this creamy dip is a perfect pairing with El Monterey Taquitos.

Ingredients

(1) 1.8 oz. pkg. Spinach soup mix
4 oz. or 1/2 cup Onion dip
8 oz. container Sour Cream
4 oz. or 1/2 cup of your favorite Guacamole
4 oz. or 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
(1) 14 oz. can Artichokes chopped
2 tsp. Garlic crushed
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Serve cold with hot El Monterey Shredded Beef, Chicken, Corn, or Flour Taquitos.

Chef's Tips

Warm in microwave for 4-5 minutes – stirring halfway through cook time – for a tasty hot dip.
