Heres how to make Enchiladas.

  1. Prepare filling and tortillas. Pre-fry corn tortillas and dip into enchilada sauce to soften and season.
  2. Fold flap over filling, bring edges in.
  3. Cover enchiladas with enchilada sauce. Garnish with cheese, olives and/or green onions.
  4. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve and top with additional garnishes if desired.
