- In a bowl, mix chunky salsa verde with sour cream (add salt to taste)
- Place hot taquitos on plate (4 – 5 per person)
- Top with shredded lettuce, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, and avocado cubes, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
